Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services).  In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us, but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

L4 Teamwear Ltd uses third parties to supply services and business functions.  These include couriers such as DPD and also specialist production services, where we may require goods to be sent directly to you.  In these instances, we will only ever supply your name, address and contact details, to meet business requirements.  No financial data will be shared.

Website usage information is collected using cookies.

Google Analytics; allows us to gather and store statistical information about our website visitors behaviour whilst it can identify the users country and IP address it does not store any information that would, on its own, allow us to identify individual users of this service.

We use the following web based services to contact our clients and subscribers and to gather statistical information on website user behaviour to enable us to improve our services and products:

MailChimp; allows us to contact our e-mail subscribers and holds minimal personal information including first name and email address. 

 

When you sign up for this service you are allowing us to:

- Transfer your contact information to MailChimp

- Store your contact information in our MailChimp account

- Send you marketing emails from our MailChimp account

- Track interactions for email marketing and ad placement purposes

Personal Data Security and Confidentiality

We maintain adequate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 

We take every precaution to protect your information. To this end all personal information stored by us is kept on a server in a secure environment.

Secure Socket Layer ("SSL") encryption technology is used for protection of information in transit for any sensitive transactions such as payments.

We do not store or process your card details ourselves, they are processed and stored via one of our contracted third party service providers.

Only employees and any third party service providers who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information.

You acknowledge that the Internet is not a 100% secure medium for communication and, accordingly, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you send to us (or we send to you) via the Internet. We are not responsible for any damages which you, or others, may suffer as a result of the loss of confidentiality of such information not caused by our negligence.

L4 Teamwear Ltd takes your privacy seriously and takes every reasonable measure to protect and secure your personal data.  For electronic data, we have several levels of security measures in place including restricted access, IT authentication, firewalls, anti-virus/malware.  Physical data will be stored securely, with only those employees who have a business need-to-know, having access.

L4 Teamwear Ltd only ever retains your personal information for as long as is necessary.  We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of seven years after which time it will be destroyed.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights.  If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
