Returns Policy

Non-personalised items that are unworn can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of goods. 

 

Faulty items

In the unusual event of finding a fault relating to the product you have received, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods, ideally with accompanying photographs, where possible.  We will then contact you to arrange a suitable resolution.

 

Personalised items

Personalised items will only be eligible for a refund or exchange if the garment itself is faulty.

 

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the return of goods.
